3. Portal Listings and Listings Content

All property listings (sale, rent, off-plan), developer details, agency reviews, and agent portfolios published on the Platform are subject to approval. Users represent that they own or have the authority to publish all media, descriptions, and pricing data uploaded.

4. Intellectual Property

The layout, design, text, logo-icons, graphics, code, and shared utilities (such as our API wrapper) of Property Galaxy are the exclusive property of Property Galaxy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Property Galaxy serves as a portal to connect buyers, renters, agencies, and agents. We do not own, manage, or contract the properties listed, and we are not liable for any real estate transaction, lease agreement, or dispute arising between Platform users.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
